Initate AAV Service

To initiate service for creation of an AAV vector, we recommend you contact the Vector Lab and discuss construction of the vector. Once we have a strategy set, we will send you an aliquot of the transfer plasmid. We ask that you clone your transgene into the transfer plasmid and send us 1 mg of the purified plasmid DNA along with the Service Request Form for completion of the creation process.

To request an AAV service, fill out the Service Request form and return it to us by fax (713-798-1230) or by e-mail (vector@bcm.edu).
